I am a homeschooling mom of 5 children who loves to crochet, sew, read, garden, and hang with my kiddos. Our family lives on a 30 acre hobby farm in west Tennessee. We have raised everything from chickens, turkeys, lambs, and pigs to lettuce, tomatoes, beans and more. Most times we have a new litter of kittens on the back porch.

When the school time is over and chores for the day are done, I like to focus on other creative ambitions. My passions are to crochet, sew, read, and garden. I am sharing my patterns in hopes of inspiring others to pick up a crochet hook and ball of yarn and start a project.

Happy Hooking!

  1. Hi Angela, I just came across your site via Ravelry. I'm a knitter rather than a crocheter, but I just wanted to say that you have a beautiful website and some great designs. I'll keep you in mind if I or someone else is after a crochet pattern. It is also great to see that you're a homeschooling mum! I have a 15 month old daughter and we are seriously thinking about homeschooling, and I'd love to design knitting patterns when not teaching, so it is very encouraging that you can find the time to be so productive in your creative life at the same time as homeschooling.

  2. Just checked out your blog - very fun! I'm building my knitting skills! I do have an online crochet course if you decide to learn - https://masteringcrochet.com

    1. Thanks Angela, that's great! Actually I have a basic understanding of crochet, have made a few toys and things. My sister got back into it when I got into knitting. It is a great craft!
